Gutters brimming with rotten muck are not considered a maintenance service and can be addressd for an additional fee. Removal of leaf guards not included. Oversized homes and homes with steep roof lines or dangerous drop offs do not fit into base pricing but may be addressed on a case by case situation.

Average 2 level home is under 3000 square feet, has less than 300 linear ft of gutter, all gutters are safely accessible from ground. Base maintenance gutter cleaning $175.
Blow out of valleys

Blow off and removal of valley roof debris that can be safetly accessed without tie off gear. Average $35-$65 additional.

Exterior Window Cleaning
Includes basic exterior window cleaning via purified water-fed pole system within our immediate service area. Oversized homes, homes with greater than average pane count, and/or homes outside immediate service area are bid on a per job situation. Basic exterior window cleaning is designed as a maintenance cleaning to remove natures dust, dirt, and pollen. Removal of hard water stains, paint, stickers, sap, or heavy buildup may be addressed for an additional fee.

Winter Home Care Package: Mini $275
Includes maintenance cleaning of dryer vent and exhaust fans with camera inspection and up to one hour of help with misc. to-do-list. To-do list items may not include any of our main services, plumbing, or electrical tasks. Materials such as batteries, filters, lightbulbs, weatherstripping, or faulty parts are not included in pricing. Please have a general idea of what you want help with when scheduling so that we are prepared, and your hour of help is used efficiently.
Dryer Vent & exhaust fans
Maintenance cleaning of dryer vent service includes camera inspection, cleaning of lint from trap, dryer, duct system, and exterior vent. Maintenance cleaning of exhaust fans includes removal and cleaning of vent cover, vacuuming out dust, dirt and lint from fan, motor, and accessible duct.
