Exterior Window Cleaning
Includes basic exterior window cleaning via purified water-fed pole system within our immediate service area. Oversized homes, homes with greater than average pane count, and/or homes outside our immediate service area are bid on a per-job basis. Basic exterior window cleaning is designed as a maintenance cleaning to remove nature's dust, dirt, and pollen. Removal of hard water stains, paint, stickers, sap, or heavy buildup may be addressed for an additional fee.

Re-screen starts at $35 each for average-sized screens. Includes new screen, spline, corners, and springs. Bent frames can be replaced for an additional fee. Missing a screen? We can customize one to fit your window!
Midsummer Refresh
Give your home the shine it deserves with our professional exterior cleaning service. We start with a gentle soft wash of gutters and siding, removing dust, dirt, grime, and light mold or mildew without causing damage. Next, we clean all exterior windows using our water-fed pole system, leaving your glass streak-free and crystal clear. Exterior window screens are washed as part of the service, and we finish by rinsing connected decks, patios, and walkways for a refreshed look all around your home.
Pricing Guidelines
One-level homes: Up to 2,000 sq. ft. and 30 window panes
Two-level homes: Up to 3,000 sq. ft. and 35 window panes
Intermediate pricing: Available for homes with bonus rooms or daylight basements
Larger homes: Custom pricing available upon request
What’s Not Included
Rust removal, hard water or oxidation stains, hand scrubbing of siding, and skylight cleaning are not part of the standard package. These services may be added for an additional fee depending on the condition and scope of work.
Gutter Cleaning
Maintenance gutter cleaning via sky vac or ladder on average-sized homes to remove gutter debris, and blow-out of downspouts. Maintenance cleaning covers up to 2 bags of loose debris. Gutters brimming with heavy debris or rotten muck are not considered a maintenance service and can be addressed for an additional fee. Removal of leaf guards is not included. Oversized homes and homes with steep roof lines or dangerous drop-offs do not fit into base pricing, but may be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
