Mid-Summer Refresh
Say goodbye to grime and hello to shine! Your home deserves the royal treatment this summer! Our maintenance package begins with a soft wash of exterior gutters and siding to remove natural dust, dirt, grime, and minor mold and mildew. Then we will clean the exterior windows with our water-fed pole system, leaving the panes with a streak-free shine. Washing of exterior window screens is included. To finish up, we will rinse down connected decks, patio, and direct walkways.
Pricing guidelines apply: 1-level homes (up to 2000 sq ft and 30 panes) and 2-level homes (up to 3000 sq ft and 35 panes). Intermediate pricing is available for 1 & 2-level homes with bonus rooms or daylight basement areas. Larger homes may still participate for an agreed-upon price.
Not included: Rust, hard water, oxidation stains, hand scrubbing of siding, and/or cleaning of skylights. These services may be included for an additional fee and are situational.
Exterior Window Cleaning
Includes basic exterior window cleaning via purified water-fed pole system within our immediate service area. Oversized homes, homes with greater than average pane count, and/or homes outside our immediate service area are bid on a per-job basis. Basic exterior window cleaning is designed as a maintenance cleaning to remove nature's dust, dirt, and pollen. Removal of hard water stains, paint, stickers, sap, or heavy buildup may be addressed for an additional fee.

Hard Water Stain Removal

Hard water stain removal averages $25-$35 per pane. Pricing varies with pane size, accessibility, and level of staining.
Screen Repair

Re-screen starts at $35 each for average-sized screens. Includes new screen, spline, corners, and springs. Bent frames can be replaced for an additional fee. Missing a screen? We can customize one to fit your window!
Gutter Cleaning
Maintenance gutter cleaning via sky vac or ladder on average-sized homes to remove gutter debris, and blow-out of downspouts. Maintenance cleaning covers up to 2 bags of loose debris. Gutters brimming with heavy debris or rotten muck are not considered a maintenance service and can be addressed for an additional fee. Removal of leaf guards is not included. 1 Level Home

Average 2 level home is under 3000 square feet, has less than 300 linear ft of gutter, all gutters are safely accessible from ground. Base maintenance gutter cleaning $175.
Valley Debris

Blow off and removal of valley roof debris that can be safetly accessed without tie off gear. Average $35-$65 additional.
Clogged Downspout
